1 medium head of cabbage
2 cups rice (not prepared)
1 large onion, diced
1 lb. ground beef (ground chuck)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
soy sauce, to taste


Brown ground beef, garlic and onions, drain and set aside. Prepare 2 cups rice in separate pan. Cut Cabbage into quarters and remove core, slice cabbage, place cabbage with butter and cook until done. Add all ingredients together heating until warm, add soy sauce to taste.
