Ingredients: 2 large cucumbers 1 tsp. salt 1 c. sour cream ¼ chopped onion 2 T. sugar 2 T. vinegar Pepper Directions: Slice cucumbers into shallow bowl. Sprinkle with salt and let stand for about 20 minutes. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly. Chill before serving.
