Ingredients:
- 2 cups peanut butter (we use Koeze smooth peanut butter)
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line the baking sheets with parchment to prevent sticking and burning.
- Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl with a rubber spatula until well mixed and firm.
- Use a spoon to portion dough and roll dough into a ball.
- Place the dough ball onto the tray and press down with a fork. You can choose how thick or thin you want the cookies to be here.
- Once you have finished placing the cookies on the sheets and put them in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the edges start to crisp. If you are using more than one baking sheet make sure to swap the sheets on the racks in the over in 10 minutes to prevent burning.
- Remove cookies form the oven and let them sit on the sheet for at least 15 minutes to harden. They will fall apart if you attempt to remove them before then.
