Ingredients:

  • 4 c. diced rhubarb
  • 1 c. suguar
  • 3 oz package strawberry gelatin
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 c. water

Directions:

Put ingredients in order given into a 9 x 13 pan.  DO NOT STIR!  Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.  Serve warm with milk or ice cream.
