Friends, it has been a cold spring.

We were able to get some planting done last week.  Peas, potatoes, radishes, green onions, beets and carrots.  There are alot of plants in the greenhouse that are ready to go to the field.  We are doing our best to keep them happy and warm until it is safe for them outside.

Warmer weather has to be coming.  We will be ready when it does!

One of the crops that can handle some cold is rhubarb.

It is one of the first crops that we harvest out of the field and that means that it is time to make some rhubarb crisp.

Here is our favorite apple rhubarb crisp recipe.

Let us know, what is your favorite rhubarb recipe?

Have a great week!
