Spring Planting
Thanks to the early spring we already have peas, carrots, beets, green onions, sweet onions, garlic and potatoes already planted. The tomatoes in the greenhouse are looking great! They are full of blossoms and tomatoes. The greenhouses are filling up of tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, spinach, broccoli, cabbage, brussel sprouts, onions and leek that will soon be heading to the field!

Summer CSA Program
Our Summer CSA is filled with a fantastic variety of produce, meat and eggs! This year we are offering 2 options for the summer CSA:
Traditional CSA boxes will be offered at the following drop off locations: At our farm in Holland, Seven Steps Up in Spring Lake, NOCH in Grand Haven, Muskegon Farmers Market, Kalamazoo Farmers Market, Holt Farmers Market, Grand Rapids and Shape Corporation. These presorted boxes will have a variety of veggies 
and fruit for you and your family to enjoy each week. Our traditional CSA boxes encourage you to enjoy a variety of produce when it is in season and incorporates a wide variety of veggies into your diet. You also are able to try out new produce and recipes that you may not have otherwise tried. The boxes are prepackaged for quick and convenient pick up. Several share types and sizes are available including fruit/veggies, beef/pork, chicken and eggs. You have the option to sign up for the full 21 week program or in 7 week sessions. **Sign up for the full 21 week vegetable program by April 30, 2016 and save $10.00 off your share price!
Farm Stand Style CSA will be offered at our farm stand in Holland, Kalamazoo Farmers Market, Muskegon Farmers Market, Holt Farmers Market, Shape Corporation and NOCH in Grand Haven. Our Farm Stand Style CSA members will pre-pay for the season and receive a credit to be used at the farm stand during the 30 week spring/summer program. Members will receive 7% of their share price added to their credit for investing in the farm. You can use your credit on anything at our farm stand including a wide variety of fruits/veggies, meats, eggs, honey and more! CSA members receive weekly newsletters with updates from the farm and recipe ideas. The farmstand style CSA is perfect for members who want to pick out their own share and need to have flexibility to come when and where ever works for them. **Sign up for the farmstand style CSA program by April 27, 2016 and save $10 off your share price.
