- 3 eggs
- 3 tablesppons milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 teaspoons nutmeg (we omit this)
- 4 cups cut up rhubarb
Beat eggs in bowl – add milk, sugar, flour, nutmeg and mix until smooth – add the rhubarb. Pour into prepared crust – top with 4 tablesppons butter – you can use a full top crust or a lattice top – what ever you prefer.
Bake 50 – 60 mintues at 400 degrees. Place a foil ring around crust once it has turned brown to prevent burning.
