• 1 head of small lettuce
  • 1/4 lb spinach
  • ½  onion, sliced and separated into rings
  • 4 radishes


Tear lettuce and spinach into bite size pieces; place in a salad bowl.  Top with onions and radishes.  Add dressing and toss lightly.
