Ingredients:

  • 2 T. vegetable oil
  • 4 c. diced kohlrabi
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 T. chopped onions
  • 1 tsp. basil

Directions:

Heat oil into a large skillet.  Add remaining ingredients and sauté 8-10 minutes or until kohlrabi is tender.   From the Practical Produce Cookbook
