Are you open year round?
Yes! In the winter months we grow a variety of crops like salad mix, kale, chard, microgreens and more in our greenhouses. We have large cold storage rooms where we store root crops, dirty. Washing them as needed so they are fresh for you!
What farmers markets do you attend?
We attend the Kalamazoo Farmers Market and Muskegon Farmers Market year-round! You can also visit our Crisp Farm Store in Holland. Learn more about our locations here.
Can we shop at your farm?
YES! We would love to have you come out to the farm! Our Crisp Farm Store is open Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm & Saturday, 8am – 5pm. We also have a playground, picnic area and animal barn available for you to visit for free.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check and card. *There is a small fee added for credit card charges when shopping at the markets.
What are your growing practices?
At Crisp Country Acres, we prioritize sustainable farming practices with a strong focus on regenerative agriculture. Our goal is to maintain healthy plants and build soil nutrition, naturally reducing pests and diseases. Healthy plants produce higher quality, tastier, and more nutritious fruit. Occasionally, we must intervene if an infestation or disease threatens our crops, using natural, organic-based fertilizers and sprays whenever possible.
We practice crop rotation and use cover crops to enhance soil organic matter.
Through regenerative agriculture, we aim to improve soil health, increase biodiversity, and promote a more resilient ecosystem.

Do you offer a CSA program?
Yes! We offer a Subscription CSA program. Boxes are available weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Boxes are customziable. Learn more about our program here.
Do you offer home delivery?
We do not offer home delivery, but we work with several places that do! You can get our produce with these local delivery services:
Do you have online ordering?
We do! Here is the link for the online store. The store is open Wednesday at noon – Sunday at 10am. Orders will be available for pick up at specific times the following week.
