Sharing one of our favorite fall desserts today: Cranberry Pie
  • 2 ½ cups cranberries
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • ¾ cups melted butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  1. Put cranberries in the bottom of a buttered deep pie dish.  Sprinkle ½ cup sugar over berries.
  2. Beat together: melted butter, sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla.
  3. Pour mixture over cranberries.  Bake for 30 – 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
