Ingredients:
- ½ lb boneless pork
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 T. soy sauce, divided
- 4 T. vegetable oil, divided
- 3 c. snow peas
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- ¼ cup broth
Instructions:
Cut pork into short 1/4 –inch thick strips. Combine cornstarch and 1 T. soy sauce. Stir in pork strops. Marinate 20-30 minutes. Heat 2 T. oil in a large skillet and add peas. Stir fry for 2 minutes then remove from the skillet. Heat remaining oil and stir fry pork until lightly browned. Add broth and cover for 2 minutes. Add peas, remaining soy sauce and sugar. Stir until heated through.
