We made this recipe a few years ago and it has been a favorite ever since. Its moist, delicious and you can’t even tell that there is zucchini in it. 🙂

It’s zucchini season and now is the time to pick some at the markets.
Here is the summer market schedule:
- Market at the Farm: Monday – Friday, 8am – 6 pm & Saturday, 8am – 5pm. Address: 5888 120th Ave, Holland.
- Muskegon Farmers Market: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday, 8am – 2pm.
- Trufant Market: Thursday, 7am – 12pm.
- Kalamazoo Farmers Market: Saturday, 8am – 1pm.
Just a few of the highlights that we are harvesting now: beans, celery, lettuce, tomatoes, candy sweet onions, summer squash and of course zucchini!
