• 4 potatoes
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  • 1/3 cup butter

Directions:  Peel and cut potatoes into quarters length wise.  Wet potatoes with water and shake in a bag with flour, parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper.  Melt butter on a cookie sheet and place potatoes on pan.  Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, turning over after ½ hour.
