Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower cut up
  • 1 head of lettuce cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 lb. bacon fried and crumbled

Directions:

Combine cauliflower, lettuce and onion.  Cover with mayonnaise mixed with sugar.  Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.  Refrigerate.  Toss ½ hour before serving.  Hint:  Cook cauliflower with 1 T. lemon juice for really white cauliflower.
