Ingredients:

  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • ¼ c. mustartd
  • 2 T. vinegar
  • ½ tsp. salt or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 ½ c. 1/8 inch thick celery strips
  • 2 c. shredded cabbage

Directions:

Combine all but celery and cabbage to make dressing.  Cut celery into strips, stirring them into the dressing as soon as they are cut to prevent darkening.  Add shredded cabbage.  Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
