Ingredients:

  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 T. lemon juice or vinegar
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1 c. shredded carrots
  • ½ c. thinly sliced green pepper

Directions:

Combine the first 4 ingredients.  Stir in the remaining ingredients, cover and chill.
