Ingredients:

  • 2lbs small red skin potatoes (quartered)
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese (softened)
  • 10 ¾ ounce can cream of potato soup
  • 1 envelope dry Ranch salad dressing mix

Directions:

Place potatoes in crock pot. Mix together cream cheese, soup and salad dressing.  Mix and stir in potatoes. Cover.  Cook on low for 8 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
