• 1/2 c.  salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 2 T. vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt or garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. leaf oregano
  • 2 or 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 large cucumber, diced


In medium bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.  Add tomatoes and cucumbers; toss lightly.  refrigerate until serving time.
