- 1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
- 2 T. vinegar or lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt or garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. leaf oregano
- 2 or 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1 large cucumber, diced
In medium bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Add tomatoes and cucumbers; toss lightly. refrigerate until serving time.
