• 1 pie shell
  • 1 c.sugar
  • 2 1/2 T. cornstarch
  • 1. cup water
  • 3 – pkg. Jello (same flavor as fruit for pie)
  • 3 c. fresh Fruit, strawberries, peaches or raspberries


Bake pie shell per package instructions.  Let cool.  Arrange fresh fruit in cooled pie shell.  In saucepan, cook sugar, cornstarch and water until thick.  Removed from head and add jello.  Let cool slightly until warm.  Drizzle over fruit.  refrigerate until set.
