We are starting to think about what we will be making for Thanksgiving this year.

This pie was first on our list!

I wanted to make sure that I share it with you.

Nantucket Pie

Place 2 1/2 cup cranberries in the bottom of a buttered deep pie dish.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over the berries.

Beat Together:

  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Pour butter, sugar flour, eggs and vanilla over cranberries and bake for 30 – 40 minutes at 375 degrees.



PS – Don’t forget to shop at the farmers markets this week and pick up the cranberries!
