- 15 oz pumpkin (How to cook pie pumpkin)
- 8 oz cool whip
- small box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Mix the pumpkin, pudding mix & spice together well. Gently fold in the cool whip. (Cool whip gets runny in stirred too much.)
