• 3/4 c. butter softened
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 4 c. strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple or orange juice
  • 1 T. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice


Cream butter and sugar.  Mix in flour, then press into a greased 12 inch pizza pan.  Bake at 300 degrees for 25-28 minutes or until lightly browned.  Cool.  Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar.  Whip cream and fold in cream cheese.  Spread on the cooled crust.  Arrange the berries over the filling.  Bring remaining ingredients to a boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.  Cool slightly, then drizzle over berries.  Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
