• 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoon snipped chives
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 pound sugar snap peas, trimmed and sliced on the bias into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 medium  cucumber, halved and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup (about 8) coarsely grated radishes


In a large bowl, whisk dressing, milk, chives, lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Add snap peas, cucumber, and radishes and toss to combine.  Add salt to taste.
