• 1 medium squash, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 T. melted butter
  • ¼ c. applesauce
  • ¼ c. maple syrup or brown sugar


Scrape out seed cavity and place cut side down on a baking sheet in ¼ inch of water. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.  Turn squash over.  Fill remaining ingredients and bake another 15 minutes.
