Ingredients:

3 eggs

1 cup sugar

½ cup vegetable oil

1 cup grated zucchini

1 tsp. vanilla

1 ½ c flour

¼ c. cocoa

1 tsp. soda

¼ tsp. salt

½ tsp. cinnamon

 

Directions: 

Beet eggs, sugar and oil.  Add zucchini and vanilla.  Combine and add remaining ingredients.  Bake in a buttered 9×13 pan at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
