1. Mix together:

  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 4 T cocoa (heaping)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder

2. Cream:

  • 1/2 c. softened margarine
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar

3. To creamed mixture add:

  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sour milk

4. Add dry ingredients.  When smooth add 2 c. grated zucchini.

5. Pour into a greased floured 9 x 13 pan sprinkle with 1 – 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips and 1/2 c. nuts.

6. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
