Ingredients:

  • 2 T. cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 3 oz strawberry jello
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 baked pie shell

Directions:

Bring cornstarch, sugar and water to boil over medium heat, stiring constantly.  Continue boiling over low heat  for 2 minutes or until mixture is clear an thickened.  Take off heat; add jello.  Pour this mixture, while warm, over sliced strawberries.  Pour in baked pie shell.  Refigerate and top with whipped cream.
