Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoon snipped chives
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pound sugar snap peas, trimmed and sliced on the bias into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 medium cucumber, halved and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup (about 8) coarsely grated radishes
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk dressing, milk, chives, lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Add snap peas, cucumber, and radishes and toss to combine. Add salt to taste.
