Ingredients:
- 4 c. Brussels Sprouts
- 1/4 lb. bacon
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onions
- 2 T. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions:
Cook sprouts until barely tender. Fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and all but 2 T. of drippings. Add onions and cook until lightly browned. Add sprouts and butter. Reheat. Toss with bacon. Add salt and pepper.
