- 3 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 c. unpeeled apples
- ½ c. finely chopped celery
- ¼ c. chopped salted peanuts
- ½ c. mayonnaise
- ¼ c. peanut butter
- ¼ c. honey
Toss cabbage, apples, celery and peanuts. Blend remaining ingredients and combine with salad.
Variation: Add 1 c. pineapple tidbits to salad and use the following dressing: ½ c. mayonnaise, 1 T. pineapple juice, 1 T. honey or sugar, 2 tsp. lemon juice. Mix well and toss with salad.
