Ingredients:

  • ¼ c. mayonnaise
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. slat
  • ¼ c. raisins
  • ¼ c. chopped peanuts
  • ½ c. pared, coarsely grated, raw rutabaga
  • 1 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1 c. diced, peeled red apples

Directions: In a large bowl, combine and mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar and salt.  Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
