Instructions:
- Pastry for 2 crust pie
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 cups blueberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter/margarine if desired
Directions:
Heat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour and cinnamon. Stir in blueberries. Spoon into pastry-lined pie plae. Sprinkle any remaining sugar mixutre over blueberry mixture. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Cut butter into small pieces; sprinkle over blueberries. Cover with top pastry that has slits in it. Bake 25-45 minutes or unitl cust is golden browm and juice begins to bubble through slits in crust.
