Ingredients:
- 2 bunches broccoli, broken into florets
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 10 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 T. vinegar
Directions:
Combine broccoli, onion and bacon. Mix remaining ingredients together. Toss lightly with salad. Variations: Add 1 c. cubed cheddar cheese, 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs or 1 c. salted sunflower seeds. Omit parmesan cheese from dressing if desired.
