Ingredients:
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced potatoes
- 1 c. water
- 1 qt. milk
- 2 T. butter
- 1 tsp. salt or to taste
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions:
Cook celery and potatoes together in water until soft. Add milk, butter, and salt and pepper. Heat but do not boil.
