• 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper


Cook celery and potatoes together in water until soft.  Add milk, butter, and salt and pepper.  Heat but do not boil.
