Ingredients:
- 2 c. cooked, peeled and mashed delicata squash.
- 3 T. melted margarine
- 2 T. brown sugar
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. drained crushed pineapple
Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine mashed squash with remaining ingredients. Pour into a well-greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
