- ¼ c. brown sugar
- 3 c. cooked carrots, drained, cut in strips
Directions:
Blend butter and sugar, in a heavy skillet over low heat. Add carrots. Cook over low heat 5 minutes, turning carrots to coat all sides with syrup.
