• 4 strips bacon
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 8 cups green beans
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions: In large skillet cook bacon and onion over medium heat until bacon is crisp.  Boil beans in large saucepan until tender-crisp.  Drain.  Add beans to bacon mixture.  Sprinkle in salt and pepper.  Toss to coat.
