• 4 apples – peeled, cored and sliced
  • 2 TBSP white sugar
  • 2 TBSP brown sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 TBSP butter


Peel, core and slice apples.  Cover bottom of jelly roll pan with ½ the apples, we left them as rings.  Sprinkle with ½ of the sugars and cinnamon.  Layer the remaining apples and sprinkle with rest of sugars and cinnamon.  Dot the butter around the pan.  Cover with foil.  Grill at 350 for about 15 minutes.  Check after ten minutes to be sure apples aren’t sticking to pan, if so, you may need a little more butter.  When apples are fork tender, remove from grill.
