1 bunch celery, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup alfalfa sprouts (optional)
1 medium Vidalia onion, diced
1 cup sunflower seeds, toasted
1 cup grapes, halved or quartered (or apples will do)
½ cup (vegan or regular) mayonnaise
Mix and enjoy! I add about a cup of chickpeas (cooked) to this (and a lot of things..) and it’s filling and awesome!
