1 turnip – julienned
1 celery root – julienned
4 spring onions – diced or 1 onion diced
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp+ oil
Sea salt

In a pan on the stove at medium, heat oil and butter.  Add turnip, celery root and onions.  Add enough oil to get a layer across the bottom of pan.  Sprinkle with sea salt.  Cover.  Stir ever 3-5 minutes, the first 15 minutes.  Once all veggies are tender, turn heat up to allow bottom layer to get slightly brown/crispy.  Stir and repeat until desired level of crispness is achieved.
