Ingredients:

  • 4 large unpeeled potatoes
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 T. grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:  Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges.  Place skin side down in a greased 9×13 pan.  Combine remaining ingredients; brush over potatoes.  Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, brushing with oil mixture every 15 minutes.  Turn potatoes over for the last 15 minutes of baking.
