Ingredients:

  • Zucchini or summer squash
  • Flour
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Onion ( Optional, sweet onions are the best)

Directions:

Cut squash into ¼ inch rounds. Cut up onion.   Dip in Flour and fry in hot butter until golden brown, turning once.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
