Ingredients:
- 3 ounces ground cinnamon
- 1.25 ounces ground ginger
- 1 ounces grated nutmeg
- .45 ounces mace
- .3 ounces ground allspice
- .25 ounces ground cloves
Directions:
Use fresh, whole spices as much as possible. Combine all ground/grated spices and mix thoroughly. Store in airtight glass containers for no more than 1 year.
