Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces ground cinnamon
  • 1.25 ounces ground ginger
  • 1 ounces grated nutmeg
  • .45 ounces mace
  • .3 ounces ground allspice
  • .25 ounces ground cloves

Directions:

Use fresh, whole spices as much as possible.  Combine all ground/grated spices and mix thoroughly.  Store in airtight glass containers for no more than 1 year.
