Ingredients:
- 2 c. white or red radishes, grated
- 4 large potatoes, grated
- 1 onion, grated
- 3 eggs beaten
- ½ c. flour
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
Mix well and fry in small amounts of oil or butter over medium heat until browned on both sides.
