Ingredients:

  • 2 c. white or red radishes, grated
  • 4 large potatoes, grated
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • ½ c. flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp.  pepper

 

Mix well and fry in small amounts of oil or butter over medium heat until browned on both sides.
