• 4 T. Butter
  • 4 T. Flour
  • 1 T. Salt (or less)
  • 2 Cup milk
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 cup sliced potatoes

Directions: In a sauce pan, melt butter and add flour and salt.  Stir until smooth.  Add the milk and stir constantly over medium high heat until thickened.  Add cream cheese and stir until melted.  Add potatoes.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
