Ingredients:
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- 1 T. butter
- 3 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 c. diagonally sliced celery
- 1 c. green or red pepper strips
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions:
Heat oil and butter in a skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring frequently, 5 to 7 minutes until tender crisp. Variation: Omit salt and pepper and season with 2 T. soy sauce. Add sauce toward the end of cooking time.
