Ingredients:
- 1 medium squash, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 T. melted butter
- ¼ c. applesauce
- ¼ c. maple syrup or brown sugar
Directions:
Scrape out seed cavity and place cut side down on a baking sheet in ¼ inch of water. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Turn squash over. Fill remaining ingredients and bake another 15 minutes.
